NZTE provides 50 percent subsidy for NZ technology companies to enter the Australian market.

The York Butter Factory Accelerator Programme provides an opportunity for NZ technology companies to spend six months based at the York Butter Factory (YBF) eco-system in Melbourne’s CBD.  Participating companies  will be provided a high level of support, including workshops, pitch sessions, access to a large network, events and collaboration opportunities.

NZTE also provides support through access to a Beachheads advisor and Business Development Manager, who will spend time at the YBF and support them with any market analysis, research and introductions they may need.

Through the 50 percent subsidy, the cost to the NZ companies is NZ$813 per month (or NZ$4,878 for the full 6 months).

It would suit technology companies who are:
•    Looking to enter the Australian market and want a high level of support to accelerate their market entry through YBF’s specialists and NZTE
•    Are already in Australia but could use the six month programme as a way to boost their knowledge and networks through YBF’s specialists and NZTE
